Paediatric Rehabilitation is a multidisciplinary unit concept that provides an immense range of services for a child with numerous congenital or acquired acute or chronic disorders and disabilities. We support your child in gaining independence in their daily lives by establishing a strategy program planned to meet your family’s goals.
The Occupational therapist at the Paediatric Rehabilitation unit aid children in performing daily functional tasks and acquiring competencies to do the same. These skills include self-help skills (dressing, sanitation, self and safe feeding), emotional/behavioural management, social interaction, upper extremity & fine motor skills, locomotion etc. which are fundamental to develop into a healthy, functional, and independent adult.
